Earning Credits Through GetRef:
To earn credits you have four options: you can buy credits with paypal or alertpay, you can join other users programs, you can click on links to earn small fractions of a credit, or you can refer other members. The two easiest ways are buying credits and joining programs, and those are ideal for new members. Spending Credits In GetRef:
To spend credits, you must have a earner's rating of at least 1. That means that you must first earn by joining someone else's program before you can spend credits.
Spending credits is very easy. You simply click on the spend tab, choose "buy referrals for your program." Then you can select your program from the huge list you will find. If your program isn't on the list, you can request it on the message boards as long as it doesn't require a credit card or any payment.
When entering a description for your program, be sure to set some conditions for the people joining your program. It can be that they click a certain number of ads, complete an offer, or something else. Also give a brief description of your program so someone can figure out what it is.

The Rating System:
GetRef employs a rating system to help users spot scammers. A user's rating is separated into two categories: earners rating and promoters rating. For earners rating, you gain a rating point every time you are accepted for an earn request on another user's program. On the other hand, you lose a point every time you are rejected for an earn request. Similarly, you gain a promoters rating point each time you accept another user's earn request, and lose a rating point when you decline an earn request. The only exception to this is that you can decline users of 2 or less earners rating without penalty if you have a promoters rating of 11.
